For orders purchased on MarcusTheatres.com or the Marcus Theatres / Movie Tavern mobile app, a refund can be requested for the original purchase price, minus the online service charge. Refunds can be requested online or through the "Manage Tickets" section of the mobile app. However, Private Cinema orders are non-refundable.
